Previous Step: Settings
First, click the FTP menu, then click Local Browser.

The Local Browser window shows folders and files on your computer, just like Explorer.
Now it's time to connect to your web server. Start by entering the host address in the Address box, something like:
yourhost.comOr you can use the IP address of your host (your web administrator should be able to provide you with address and login information). Then fill in the login and password boxes and press Enter to connect.

Another window should open for the web server, and you may have to wait a few minutes while the connection is made. Once you are connected, open the folder in the web server window where your HTML files are stored (your web administrator should be able to tell you which folder). You should now have something like this, a local browser window and a window for your web server:

With the folder used to store HTML files open on your server, you will want to Add to Favorites to make it easy to connect in the future. Click the Add to Favorites button (and you'll probably want to place it in the default Favorites folder, so click OK on the dialog that pops up):

When you are done using the server, you can either exit the program and disconnect automatically, or click the Disconnect button:

The next time you want to connect to the server, you can either click your selection in the Favorites:

Or, if you still have the server window open, click the Reconnect button:
