Previous Step: Learning the interface
With a local browser window and open server connection, you can easily transfer files between your computer and the server. Need to download HTML files and images from your site's server? Drag the files from the server window and drop them in the local browser window (hold Shift or Ctrl to select multiple files):
Need to transfer updated files to your site's server? Drag the files from the local browser window and drop them in the server window:
That's all there is to it! It's just like dragging and dropping files in Explorer to copy from one folder or drive to another. There are more options available in the program, but you should now be equipped to handle the basics of file transfer using FTP.
